This certificate records acceptance of the fire detection and alarm system described below, in accordance with BS 5839-1:2025 Clause 40.3 and Annex G.4.
The signatory confirms they are a competent person as defined by BS 5839-1:2025, and that the system has been inspected and tested in accordance with the standard.
